  1. Web Instructions for Updating the Sample Catalog:

  3. Because the Sample Catalog has been downloaded from the web to your hard drive, the paths in the Sample Catalog are no longer correct. To update these paths, follow these steps:

  5. 1. Open the catalog in Portfolio 4.0.
  6. 2. Drag the 'Portfolio Sample Files' folder onto the open catalog window.
  7. 3. In the Catalog Options - General tab, set the Modification Method to "Update Unconditionally".
  8. 4. Click 'OK' to proceed. Portfolio will update the paths to the current location of the files.

  10. If you need to move the 'Portfolio Sample Files' folder again, simply follow these steps again.
